Huge Disappointment!!!😫 Over 10 years ago, my dad took me here to get my first gun for hunting and it was a great experience. 😩Unfortunately, that has not been my experience again. It has been well over a year since I put an order in and have not received the item and not heard from Richland Shooters or their supplier as to why I have yet to receive the item. 😣My parents also ordered through them and in a few weeks to a month or so received their ordered items. 👀I also contacted the manufacturer to find out if it was an issue on their end & they said they have the stock and is either an issue with the supplier or the shop themselves. 👀So I'm left wondering: 1.Why it is taking so long 2.Why noone has made any effort to contact me 3.Maybe I should order from somewhere else...and I might actually receive the item I ordered🤷 After this experience I'd be hard pressed to trust them with my...

had a barrel replaced on a Marlin 336, price was good, time of repair was good, about a week.Took it to range the action would not lockup completely. Took the gun back and told them there was problem. They told me that the gun was fine that they had test fired it, when they had repaired it. Left the gun with them after about three weeks. Called to see if it was done, and was told if you didn't get a call it wasn't done. So waited a month and called them, And my gun was ready to pick up. Strange no call? Paid $60 for a rail to be mounted to my revolver. 3 shots fired and it fell off. Took it back with the scope to be mounted for the second time in 3days and they wouldn't put the scope on and charged me another $22 to put the rail back on again. I feel that a gunsmith should be able to build/ modify/or correct gun issues. Basicly I paid $82 to mount a rail in existing holes. This was something I could have done myself. I hired a gunsmith to make sure it was Secure which it turns out was not. I will take my business to a professional gunsmith next time and not a mom...
