WORST customer service I have ever experienced, by far. I took my Samsung 55' tv there back in June 2020 when one of the LED lights burnt out. They were recommended by Samsung themselves, so I trusted that they would be good. Then I was even more happy to see it was a small business owner, rather than a big corporation. When I dropped my TV off they were very cordial and great. However, it is now January 2021 and I STILL have NOT received my TV back. Every time I call its always an excuse. A couple times I've been told that the repair guy was out at doctor appointments, ect. FINE, no big deal. They'd also tell me they'd call me back, and I've honestly never received one call back, not even a status update on what's going on. When I spoke to the lady, and asked her for a resolution she stated she'd have my TV worked on as soon as the repair guy was back from his medical procedure a week later. That was December 2020 when all that was discussed. Also, everytime I've asked for an update on my TV and what kind of repairs needed to be done, they'd give me all sorts of things. One was the LED needed to be replaced and that the parts were on back order (covid). Okay, understandable. Next it was I'm not sure we can fix it unless you want to replace the panel. No thank you, since that's more than the TV is worth. When that was said, I politely asked for my TV to be put back together and I'll just come pick it up. Guess what? Still no TV returned or even an explanation. I am completely appalled by the lack of customer service and quite frankly being drug through the mud. I have NEVER written a bad review until today. I guess if things continue, I'll have to take this into legal matters since they can't be a decent business owner and fix their mistakes. I am going to attempt one more call this Monday, and after that I'll be seeking my lawyers opinion. I will NEVER recommend this business to anyone I know, no...
Read moreFirst experience we had was great from walking in, to delivery of a dryer.
We came back to replace all our appliances for our kitchen, plus over range microwave. This time around our experience wasn't so good. We where informed that the Kitchen Aid refrigerator we wanted price was $300 dollars more compared to what the manufacture MSRP is, so we asked if they price matched and why the steep price compared to MSRP. When asked about this we got met with a bit of snootiness, and an explanation that that it was small town prices, plus "free" delivery and install.
If each item was marked up in this manner, then it makes it more cost effective to go to Rockweiler's in Veroqua. They price match, and have initial sales/savings, but I have to pay for delivery and charge for install.. At this point adding everything up it's a no brainer who we are going to.
The main reason we went with Town and Country was merely because we like to shop as local as possible first and they had been great the first time. That's what makes writing this review so unfortunate, local community business misses out on the sale. But I can't pay hundreds of dollars more just because of it.
All and all, local companies need to take care of customers if you want community members to provide their patronage or buy local.
Consider your...
