Culver’s — Restaurant in Richland Center

Station .51carry out only; I am an 87 year old lady, walking in with a cane for support. PAID ORDERED 1 CHGS CHIX SALAD AND PAID FOR IT; Stayed AT THE Counter WHERE I ordered and paid; saw no reason to move as how long to whip up a salad to go. While waiting with number in hand ;l I was told to ,move away from the spot where I had stayed since I was 2 get out in a minute or two. Are there rules and regulations where a customer is to stand?? Didn't c any signs; l Have been in store numerous times; this is a first and it was NOT crowded at the check in counter. I live in R.C,.,, Live in the Park Senior Apts. across from court house. Are salads weighed or do they count pieces of chicken and/or cucumbrtss???

'? curious I have never been so short changed in my life. Lots of money for a bit of lettuce; very little any thing else. Was 2 b my supper. I guess I'll reconsider my take-home foods in the future. Don't want 2 b left hungry after a large?"? ha ha salad; should be for $8.31

P.S., I didn't go to Wal-Mart since I wanted a freshly made salad, which is just right to the right next in the mall . Hope mgr., hears of this. Why ,move an elderly lady? ready to leave in one or two minutes?? just to annoy some one? ...

Discovered this Culvers location while driving through the area in between plays at American Players Theatre. The first thing I noticed when entering the Richland Center Culvers was how clean this store is. Including the bathrooms. On our first time here back in June there was an employee by the name of Mary who cleaned each table after each use and also wiped down the chairs and booth seats as well. She was also vacuuming under the tables. There was not a dirty table in the whole restaurant. We commented to her about the great job she was doing. As we were leaving she was making sure the condiment area was clean as well. In most stores this area is always dirty with ketchup spots and sticky counters. But not at the Richland Center location. When we stopped in again this past weekend, we could instantly tell the cleaning standards here are a high priority. The rest of the staff was also very pleasant. Will definitely make this our go to Culvers the next time we are...

Went to treat my fiance to cheese curds and a shake after a long day of work, ordered our meals with cheese curds, three times they came back with onion rings and the manager proceeded to tell us it was our fault our order was messed up, told us she would fix it for an upcharge to our meal after already waiting 20 minutes for our food, upon stating we didn't think it was fair we had to pay more to fix our order she told us in a very rude manner we could take our money back and leave infront of the whole resteraunt. Culver's in richland center just lost a long time customer as the manager was extremely rude and disrespectful yelling at us in front of other customers. I'll never recommend this place or return as their management is a joke. Customer service is absolutely disgraceful and...
