I'm sorry, but not sorry to say I had a bad experience at your salon, especially after voicing my concern over a bad experience with a wave to you specifically before going in, and during the process .. you of all people, the owner, should understand this! I was thinking of giving you another chance, but definitely not now after seeing your true colors, and demeanor of business ... ...After ruining my hair with a bad perm, To add insult to injury, you hang up on me, when I was calling to come by and pick up my hat, after countless phone calls to arrange a time that works with your irregular business hours. It is very unprofessional and bad customer relations not to hold on to an item till a customer is able and can make it there to pick it up (especially with your irregular hours)... ...This is unacceptable and unprofessional customer/business relations to say the least. As a business owner, I’d think you’d have the decency to hold on to a customers item/items. And, in fact, it is your responsibility to put away any item that belongs to a customer until they can pick it up! That's part of running a good business..omg!! Whether or not they've called, but especially if they’ve called countless times about it! Any respectable business owner would know the customer will come back to get their belongings!!... ...Again, LET ME RITERATE: Any good business would hold onto belongings when claimed by the customer, especially when the customer is trying to go there during unknown business hours.. Read moreI waited 2 hours hrs in the heat on Tuesday. Had a 1 pm appointment. At 115 I went to tell them I was outside waiting. Told we will fit you in. At 2 I left. No greeting upon arrival like the people who came after me or well greeted by the people who showed up at 130. I gave a star because they at least answered the door .
