Before I begin this review, I need to clarify 2 things.
During that time we have purchased 6 complete sets of either indoor or outdoor furniture, several outdoor umbrellas, several area rugs, lamps, side tables, pillows, fabrics, and numerous accessories.
A delivery of our living room set in August (2 sofas, a chair and matching ottoman,) included a 48 inch upholstered ottoman and the ottoman was made with a COM fabric. When it was delivered, I immediately noticed the workmanship in pattern matching at the bottom of the ottoman. (See photos).
When we contacted Ashleigh and showed disappointment, Ashleigh wrote the manufacturer, sent photos, and they said it was matched with a flow match and there was nothing that would be changed. Instead of phoning us, Ashleigh chose to write an email.
Ashleigh's comments via email to us were as follows:
"We apologize that you are not happy with the ottoman. At this point we can not offer any other option, since it is a custom piece with the fabric you ordered and there is no defect with the ottoman. Best regards."
We placed several phone calls to Ashleigh and eventually were able to talk to her. We asked her if she would come over so we could show her in person. At that point her comment was "No...I'm not coming. I saw it in the store, and it's perfect." After several minutes of back and forth discussion we tried to get her to come over and see how the mismatch caused these turtles at the bottom to be a turtle and a half and be 6 legged turtles compared to the 4 legged ones on the rest of the ottoman. She said "they aren't 6 legged turtles." When she again told us she would not be coming, my husband explained to her his frustration with her treatment of us and that we had spent "hundreds AND thousands" of dollars at her store... she argued..."You haven't spent HUNDREDS OF THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS."
At that point it was clear to us Ashleigh was going to provide no support. Only after I asked if it was possible to obtain some plain material like the sofa so we could try to figure out if there was some way we could solve this issue, did she say "I'll send you 2 yards of the sofa fabric at our cost." And, when my husband told her he was disappointed at her lack of support, that she had lost a very loyal customer, and we wouldn't be returning to her store, her comment was "I THINK THAT'S A GOOD IDEA."
So, this situation left us with the following:
Other than Bell Tower sending us some plain fabric that could possibly be used as a makeshift solution, they totally abandoned us as far as providing any ideas or customer support whatsoever.
In the past, we had a very good relationship with Bell Tower. Although I had heard of other people who had issues with Ashleigh, we have always held strong in our support of their small business, and I explained that to Ashleigh. I have brought in or recommended this store to friends who have made thousands of dollars of purchases. In sharing this situation with my friends, however, they are all equally appalled at not only the mismatched turtles at the bottom of this ottoman, but more importantly they are appalled at the unprofessional and inexcusable way we were treated.

We told Ashleigh what we needed and she got right to work. She went to the house with her assistant before we even got to Michigan.
