Twisted Roots Marketplace — Local services in Richland Township

I ordered some Detroit Lions shirts and could not pick them up in their limited store hours so I requested a refund. I did receive a refund but not all of it because the owner said "they only received some of the amount for my order". The reason for one star is because of the owners response. How does a business not fully refund money paid, say I am ticked, petty, admonishing them when all I did is ask for a refund when they stated on a public platform that if the shirts were not picked up in a week they would be put in the store to sell.
