*Update: A manager has reached out and was more than apologetic. She went above and beyond to discuss the situation and assured me that they were handling the situation after having me identify who it was. Apparently this employee has been a concern and they didn't have the information they needed to confirm his involvement. I know food service management isn't the most friendly job and I'm thankful she bothered to follow up. Hopefully her staff can move forward and everyone will benefit from her efforts to remove the bad seed among them.
First, my family tried to use our app and while I understand no one at this location can change anything, the app just kept freezing so we ended up ordering in the drive through anyway. I proceeded to order exactly what I would have online. The first box was a build your luxe box. They took the full details of that item without question. AFTER I ordered a second one with different items they then proceeded to tell me that it was an online exclusive and wasn't allowed. Instead we ordered the supreme box (2 of them) with BEEF chalupas, both no tomato. We added a single chicken supreme chalupa, nacho fries and a small Baja blast. Three drinks total with no ice. After we pulled up to the window he gave us the two drinks, he shut the window and then opened again to shove a small bag and two boxes. After he shut it right away again. As we were missing the small drink my husband knocked on the window and said we were missing a small drink. This kid legit rolled his eyes and made a face at apparently being bothered to have to finish our order. We also asked for mild sauce twice and had none. I watched him pour the drink and then smash the top on so hard it actually smushed the cup down, spilled pop all over the side and his hand. He didn't check it at all and just shoved it out the window. He proceeds to shut it again without handing us the sauces again. My husband tried to knock on the window and the employee absolutely was ignoring him. He turned to a station to look away. My husband knocked again and yelled "Hey buddy". The guy refused to acknowledge us. My husband honked and the employee finally opened the window. My husband stayed polite and said can we please have the sauces we asked for. The employee rolled his eyes and whipped around slamming the window shut. At that point my husband said "why don't you roll your eyes harder". The kid chucked the bag at my husband and we still told him to have a nice day but he already walked off. When we opened our order two of the three chalupas had chicken instead of beef. There were tomatoes on them all as well. One order had twists but the other had chips and cheese (both orders should have been beef, no tomato and twists). Messing up the order happens occasionally. I've worked in the food business. But it was not a busy line (were the only ones till we were about ready to pull out of the drive through), and the disrespect from this employee was absolutely...
