Fireside Lanes — Local services in Richlands

I hate to say something negative when we have very little in this area to begin with, but It is hard for me to have anything nice to say. I will start off by saying that the bowling alley does function and the prices aren't bad. It is, however, horribly dated and run down. Next... the woman that got us our shoes was one of the rudest people I have ever met in my life. The gentleman that we paid after we were finished was very nice, though. The woman that got our shoes literally yelled and me because she didn't hear the size that I said. She threw the shoes on the desk and walked off before I had a chance to ask about pricing. I'm surprised that her attitude alone hasn't run the place into the ground. My fiance loves to bowl and we would go all the time, but its just bad vibes all around...

If I could give zero stars I would. It was one of the nastiest places I’ve ever been. The lady working there was incredibly rude when we got our shoes and when we couldn’t figure out how to work the equipment she snapped at us when we asked. The bathroom had a sign on the urinal that said do not flush but people still used it, it was covered in urine and smelled awful!!! The actual toilet worked but was gross but clearly hadn't been cleaned. I don’t know if they even clean them. It’s awful, can’t believe the place is still open, I should notify the health department. Even my 4 year old said the place was nasty.

I honestly do not know how this place has any decent reviews. It's a shame since there isn't any other place to bowl. Although it's cheap it's not worth even the few...

One of my families favorite place to bowl but only local place to bowl, The facility is always clean but the lady that works there kitchen really needs to learn how to talk to customers, I went to get something to snack on and I was looking at the menu and asked if I could order fries,she replied "NO I'm not cooking" she couldn't even sell me a couple sodas and a bag of chips without the attitude she displays and this happens every time I've went there,other than dealing with her you'll have a blast not all employees there act rude like her, Fireside lanes is also a great place for parties,except there rule on only buying there pizza, which needs changed in my opinion,but this is...
