AutoZone Auto Parts — Local services in Richmond Township

The knowledgeable staff at the Mansfield P.A. location is sadly lacking. Multiple times I've placed orders directly at the location in person and over the phone with the employees with verbal confirmation of the order. When I've gone to pick up the parts the system shows they were never ordered or the employees just respond with "I dont know" or "I dont know what I'm looking for". The hiring manager or hiring staff need to be educated or re educated about hiring and training knowledgeable staff to actually assist customers not lie to them over the phone or in person. The Mansfield P.A Autozone has one manager that actually functions and the rest drink dunkin and hold the walls up. Please correct the staff...

Here I am at a motel room in Pennsylvania stranded because the cold killed my battery and I order a jump starter over the phone. I have no commercial account so really they shouldn’t even deliver to me. I don’t have my winter clothes with me so I can’t walk to pick up my jump starter because the real feel is 10 degrees. Oh and did I mention I live in Mississippi so I’m over 1,000 miles from home? Not only did the employees promptly find exactly what I needed, but one employee took time from his day BEFORE clocking in to personally bring me the jump starter which will now allow me to make it to work tomorrow morning. Today my car died on in the middle of a 5 hour drive home. Luckily I was able to make it to this Auto Zone. The gentleman that greeted me at the counter, Johnathan Miller, was so friendly and helpful! Based on my description of what happened he diagnosed my issue before even getting to my vehicle. He walked out with me to check it out and he was absolutely correct in his diagnosis of it being my serpentine belt. He helped replace the belt and then also helped jump my battery and get me back on the road. On a day that could have been disastrous he was so helpful!!!!
