Having places open in Richmond California during the age of Covid is already close to a miracle in and of itself. Having things be open longer would be beyond wonderful, but this spot is more or less not on the path most traveled, not a thoroughfare as such, and located across from a park that doesn't see as many people as it perhaps could. It's also In a quiet, dark lit (barely at all) , residential area, with the other side of the street being a almost never used railroad track, separating the park and store from a freeway with no exits or enterences for more than 10 blocks either direction.
