Do yourself a favor and go to a real shop! I had a previous experience with this shop when they 1st opened and got my windows tinted and didnāt have any issue so I figured I could continue to support this local business. I recently went there to have a remote start installed with (Brand new parts of my own) and purchased the bypass module they recommend. When I called to schedule my appointment I was told install would be $100.00 with my own parts and a lifetime warranty on the labor. I got there and was told oh we told you the wrong price its $150.00 due to the 2 way system you have. Ok so no big deal I could understand that I guess! So I get a phone call about 2 hours later saying that oh well this is really a $200.00 job but I can do it for $180.00. My response was why??? The guy at the front desk with ZERO aspect of customer service told me it was due to the bypass module and other than that he didnāt have a real answer but could get me one and call back. Long story short I never got a call back and upon picking up my vehicle I get another call from him telling me that I could not use my factory key as they had said I could before after the install was done. I told him this was incorrect and per every other Real shop this wasnāt an issue. He even asked me since I know so much about remote start why didnāt I install myself (Hence why you get a check every other week) lol. I picked my car up paid the $180 and not a single person could tell me why the charged had increased by another $30. The part owner as they say went over the remote start with me and told me the factory 3x lock would not work on two way systems but "if Iām wrong you have a lifetime warranty so you can bring it back and I will fix it". I started the car and ALL of my dash lights came on, his response was where did you drive it to. In the 5 seconds it took for him to run to the back how far could I go? So needless to say the issue was fixed in 30 mins. While using the remote start I noticed all items I had purchased were not installed and parts not used were not returned and their response was the front desk did not tell me and didnāt charge you for itā¦. It was all in the same box! I had the remote start installed on Friday and while using it and unlocking the doors the car sometimes would come on and stay on, seems like a really big issue and something not done right. I called the shop the next day and told them the issue and said since it seems to working improperly I would like to have it removed so it doesnāt damage my 33k car for a $500(parts &labor) job since the wiring seemed wrong and I would like to talk to the manager about some kind of refund (Didnāt even have to be a full refund). The manager said ok bring it in and we will take it out and see what we can do with a refund, not oh Iām sorry and what can we do to make you happy since you spent your money and choose our shop over many others. I got there Tue and the manager or part owner was nowhere to be found the office staff didnāt even know when they were coming in! My 9:00am appointment took 3 hours to remove what I was told would be done in 30 to 45 mins. On top of removal when they took everything out they failed to return all items that came with the equipment and got an attitude because I asked for it back. So two more days go by and I finally get to speak with the manager who told me oh you took it out because you wanted to there were no issue with the system and we donāt do refunds on labor after the previous conversation we had just days before. I can honestly say I made the biggest mistake by going to them Itās not even about the money but lack of knowledge and incompetence and their failure to fix the issue. My advice is if you are looking for ANYTHING go to a real shop with real techs that understand their job and value their customers or like the rep said if you know so much do it yourselfā¦lol. They put the definition in YOU GET WHAT...

Ā Ā Ā Read moreJury is still out on this one. A friend of my wife recommended. My appointment was at 10am, they pulled my car in after about 1 hour of waiting. I asked approximately how long it would be after paying. I was told about 2 hours, ok. So, its been 2.5 hours at least 4 cars were brought in since. My car still hasnāt been touched. So far, I'm giving 1 star because my car has not been touched so, iām not satisfied with the service. I will update my review, but just for reference a majority of reviews mention āquickā. Update: I failed to mention Springfield Va was the location of my service. My service yesterday began 2:45 min after my appointment time and was completed at just about 4 hours, i was told it should take about 2 hours at check in. A $20 deposit is required to āhelp avoid overbooking and to keep the shop running smoothlyāā I did have a conversation with the on duty manager and she explained their first appointment unexpectedly had to remove tint from a car which threw the whole timeline off. This is understandable but at no point was I told they were behind, until i spoke with her. I was not the only patron apparently waiting because of an unexpected delay. Is the $20 deposit really necessary? Looking at this logistically; parts, labor, payroll, rent, insurance, etc. what is $20 really achieving? In my opinion these are professional no one there is doing this for the first time, so having a grasp on est time per type vehicle & scenario should be a understood by all staff, and conveyed to customers ASAP, not when they are asking how much longer. So unfortunately my tint is peeling off my back window so Iāve had to reschedule for tomorrow. Service and quality of workmanship is now...
