I have been using these guys for servicing my auger for a number of years and have had great luck until recently when I was told it would cost me $200 to repair it. I was talked into a new ion which gave me trouble the first time out. When I tried to return it I was screamed at until I was out the door. I had to go through the manufacter to get it replaced. Then while waiting for the the replacement I tried to repair my old auger myself and by golly after 23 minutes and and a little carb cleaner it purred like new. Bottom line is these guys want to sell you new, but the manufacturers of most of their retail products offer better return policies and customer service. I feel it is kinda sad that a small town business cannot offer more than a large online...

Dropped Potoon for powerwash and winterization. Found out in the spring, powerwash was noticeably not done. Employee tried to argue with me that it was done but obviously wasn't. After about half hour, they agreed to refund my money and I powerwashed my toon myself. Next year I had them wrapped my boat with the understanding that it would be fully ready in the spring, I got to boat landing with a dead battery that wouldn't charge up. My grandmother had her pontoon serviced here recently and was literally screamed at by employees after damage was done to her boat. The damage was not there when the boat was brought in, and the employees yelled at her claiming that it was not their responsibility and that it was her fault. I am appalled by the customer service and am not sure the situation was handled...
