Buena Vista Mexican Restaurant — Restaurant in Richmond

I really didnt even want to put this star i had too I wish i could put negative stars this place sucked i didn't even eat after waiting an hour watching the restaraunt emptied out and all the people who showed up at least 30 minutes after us eat before our family ridiculous and at one time the waitress admitted that the manager who had taken our order had just given her the order 45 minutes after we arrived i guess this is why i only eat at the one in rosenberg amd then they still wanted to over charge us and no apology they even tried to ignore us most of the time they only came to our table two times im one hour and remember the restaurant started to be empty the poorest service ever and that because the manager ask if i was ok at first and i told him i had just got off of work after 14 hours of work and was starving worst sevice ever the owner should leave the one im rosenberg to go help out his other business in Richmond absolutely absolutely sucks never go there again never i would never recommend this place to anyone not even if it was the last on earth go to the one in...

My friend I went for dinner at Buena Vista in Richmond after work, food was good until my friend got to her second bite of her plate. She found a rubber band cooked into her food. That was not the real problem though, when we brought it to the attention of the restaurant manager on duty he said "the rubber band came of the produce bags, it's not dirty". No apologies, or offers to comp the meal or plate, no offer 1. to remake it 2. for another option on the menu. He was going to force us to pay full price for both meals. Called in an order for nachos, the man who answers the phone is very rude he rushes you thru the ordering process, i asked him to repeat my order he stated "do u want anything else miss?" I said no but i hope u got it. Tried to ask the wait time as this was my lunch break
