Greens Fork Truck and Tire Repair — Local services in Richmond

After long back and forth with Camping World in Richmond Indiana, after 6 months after having work done, found that we could not drive our RV off the lot. Camping World advised us they would get Greenfork tires to come and haul our RV to get a bent tie rod fixed. We worked with Monte who was very kind and empathetic for our situation. They got our coach done and then advised us our front tires were messed up due the the tie rod bent. They advise that it was not safe to drive so they said they did try to locate tires but our brand they could not get in for 6 months so they would put the bad tires on the back and the good tires on front to balance. I was told to bring my truck here after speaking with them on the phone and I explained the issues I was having it is a bucket truck in the upper pump actuator is not letting Juice go through to the upper boom , they told me they could fix that no problem to bring it today and they would have it in and fix Monday. Scheduled a tire rotation and alignment on my husband's truck, they tried to do alignment first and not rotate tires. Then tried to charge me $160 for balancing which they didn't do and even marked out balance and wrote in rotate. The worst part is they didn't tighten the control arms back up and it came apart while driving, luckily I was going slow so it didn't cause me to wreck but it was stuck in the middle of the street for awhile til we got it back together.
