Dairy Queen Grill & Chill — Restaurant in Indiana

This is by far the absolute worst restaurant I have ever been to. We stopped by to order 2 sandwiches and a blizzard. After placing our order, it took 12 minutes for us to receive our food. We were the only customers being waited on. Our order was not only wrong, but the food was cold. We returned to the counter to wait another 10 minutes in line without any signs of an employee. We could hear laughing and talking but couldn’t reach anyone to help us. During the time that we waited in line, 4 customers behind us asked us if the were even open and eventually left. We would have left as well if we hadn’t already paid for our food. Eventually someone came to the counter and corrected our order. Our Kansas BBQ sandwich was primarily onion and pickles (8 to be exact) with scarcely any meat. This terrible fast food visit took us over an hour and left us feeling very disappointed in the service as well...

Worst Dairy Queen ever. My wife and I stopped by for dinner on 10/2 at 7:23pm. This was our worst experience at Dairy Queen. She ordered the KC BBQ Sandwich, she opened it there was very little meat or sauce on it. To me it looked like a onion and pickle sandwich. I ordered the 1/2 lb burger, I open my sandwich it was not right. I asked for the meal never recieved my fries. We went up to the counter to explain our food was not correct. Ended up standing there for almost 10 minutes waiting for a employee to come back to the counter. While we waited several other guest behind us asked if they were open, needless to say they left. When we finally got our blizzards they were not turned upside down. This is by far the worse service I have dealt with in a long time. Our cashier was Zach, we will never stop there again. Do not stop here unless you have plenty of time to waste and want to throw...

Here we are again. Lowering from 4 to 2 stars, went to get 4 items, a salad, 1 blizzard, 1 shake, 1 sunday. The didn't have any of the flavors that I wanted for the sunday. I asked for 3 of the homemade hidden valley ranch with my salad. Instead I got 1, 1.5 Oz Marzetti buttermilk ranch (I hate buttermilk, nor is it advertized as this). Ever since it got put under new management, this place has started to lose appeal to me. My family are regulars there and visited about 2 times a week but are now fed up and taking our business elsewhere. I can't even outright complain to the people inside because they are all indian and don't speak English. I'll add photos of my "homemade hidden valley ranch with this review. There's no expiration date so I'm not opening it. This place has been snowballing downhill for the past year and a half and I'd just recommend...
