Very disappointed. Got eyelashes done. The lady talked to several staff and on phone the entire time I was there getting services done. Not a relaxing atmosphere what so ever. Talked in her own language, to several staff, that barged in the room during my appointment, and took phone calls while working on me. Ok, Wouldnt mind that so much, but Eyelashes turned out horrible and cheap looking. For $80 i shouldve gone to a lash studio. Lashes are thick and heavy. Ugly and so fake looking . Not natural. Looks like a strip vs feathery. $80 for a waste of time and horrible lashes. Won't ever return for any of their services. Mainly because they talked to themselves the whole time. I love this place. I have very long and healthy thick hair . To be honest at first I was very worried about changing salons out of convenience just because it was closer to home. I absolutely made the right decision, from the first moment i walked in, I was greeted with excellent customer service. They took the time to ask me what type of services I was interested in and answered all of my questions i had about pricing, and services they provide. I watched how they treated other customers and each other and its the same , they are super friendly and professional. They provide great customer service, at a family friendly price. They are even open later hours than most salons in the area. I've had color, style with flat iron, wax, threading , and facials I've been extremely satisfied each and every time. The salon is awesome, the staff is always ready and available! The ladies in there work diligently to make sure everyone is taken care of! However the ONLY problem is the lighting in the backrooms is horrible. When you are getting a wax service in the back rooms, I should not have to pull out my phone and turn on the flash light as the stylist is waxing me to see if she got all the hairs. That is very unprofessional in my opinion. Nonetheless, nice salon that is just the only issue...
