I decided to spend the day at the spa for my birthday. Upon arriving, I was greeted at the gate by Anthony. He was so friendly and eager to tell me about the property and how amazing it was! I drove up the beautiful winding road up to the main lodge where the spa was located. From start to finish I was treated like royalty. There was a birthday card in my locker, which I thought was so sweet. I got into my bathing suit and robe and spent some time in the jacuzzi and sauna before my facial. Which I had all to myself and it was absolutely amazing. After that I went into the relaxation lounge to wait for my esthetician. There was a snack bar with delicious treats, warm apple cider, and many other goodies. Now comes the good part. My esthetician was Sage and she was incredible. I have been to some of the best hotel spa's in the country, so I know a good facial when I get one. From start to finish I was completely relaxed. The music, the products she was using, the temperature of the towels and the essential oils she helped me pick out were all perfect. I was glowing when I left her room. I went back into the locker room to sit in the sauna and soak it all in. I was having such an amazing experience and I didn't want it to end! I finally got my things and made my way to the shop to grab some products for home. While I was browsing, the manager came up to me and said "I am so glad I caught you before you left, come with me". She led me to a small but beautifully decorated dining area, opened the glass door and said "happy birthday Tiffany". I looked over at one of the tables, and there was a glass of champagne next to a plate of chocolate covered strawberries. I walked towards it almost in disbelief. The staff at this spa went out of their way to make sure my birthday was recognized and special, and I truly can't tell you how much it meant to me. I sat down and enjoyed my little treat, filled with gratitude. I thanked the manager when I checked out and honestly had to hold back tears. She really made my day with that kind gesture, and you don't see that kind of customer service very often these days. I didn't catch her name, but I know for a fact I will be seeing her again very soon. I plan to make spa days, date nights and staycations a lot more often at the preserve! Thank you again to everyone who took part in making this...
Read moreMy husband and I booked the Tree House Experience. It exceeded our expectations! We arrived at the Oh! Spa and were greeted pleasantly by every staff member we encountered. We were driven through the "Backyard" of The Preserve and got to see many amenities not seen from the main road. Upon arrival to the tree house, a fire pit was blazing with Smores ready to go! In the short distance was the tree house. There was a short suspended bridge leading to the entrance. The interior ambiance was perfect for the location, surrounded by window views of the trees. We were assured of the complete privacy of the area. We were greeted by our therapists, Laura and Nicole. We began our service on an exterior platform with yoga mats. Our therapists guided us through light stretching and yoga. From there we had our services, which started with an exfoliation using a tumeric-based exfoliant. Next was the massage. Lunch had been prepared for us and was ready on another deck of the tree house. A shower room is available. The timing was impeccable between all segments of the service and experiences. When we were ready, just a text, and we were brought back to the Oh! Spa. In addition, the Oh! Spa was accommodating after our services. Worth coming and escaping the noise. Well...
Read moreI very much enjoyed the Preserve Spa. There is an array of hot tubs, saunas and a small relaxation room with cucumber/ lemon water, canned juice and dried fruit and nut mix. The locker room is supplied with hygiene amenities. Although, the outdoor pool is advertised as year round, it was absolutely freezing. I had a facial which was good on a nice heated bed with a pleasant aesthetician. She wanted to do a sheet mask which for the $200 price, I requested a clay mask which she provided. The included neck and foot massage was very light pressure. A 20% fee is automatically added for lunch and the spa services. I did enjoy the beverages and chocolate strawberries following the treatment, until I sat in the pretty chair and noticed dead and alive bugs on the window. I had ordered lunch($40) to be served in this room. The person that delivered lunch was Clinton the manager. He apologized and said they pride themselves on ‘white glove service.’ He did have someone come in to clean up the bugs while I was eating my spa lunch. All in all, it was a relaxing atmosphere and the lunch was fresh and...
