I want to start off by saying I was super excited to get my nails done since I haven't gotten them done in years and my sister recommended this location. I had made an appointment approximately 2 weeks prior. I show up at 10:55 (5 minutes before my appointment) walk in and a lady has me seated. Apparently nail tech was still not there. I wait and about 10 minutes after me another woman walks in saying she also had an appointment with the same nail tech. At this point I had a bad feeling. Another 10 minutes later the nail tech arrives. Once he realized he double booked, the correct thing to do was to serve who ever booked first however never saw him check. He also didn't ask who arrived first, I had been waiting longer than the other lady. At this time he ask me to reschedule which i couldnt due to my schedule. Finally had me wait another 20 minutes for someone eles. I had a 11am appointment yet didn't get helped untill 11:40. I.couldnt get my original design idea because the girl that did my nails was still learning. Although she was sweet, my overall experience with this shop was unpleasant. Nails are ok, shape was nice but she left them flat with no apex and after a closer look, one hand was slightly longer than the other. Also.original price was 80 for french tips, they did give me $10 off for my wait but still seemed high for plain french tips. Will be going eles where to get them fixed after my event. I have been coming to this nail salon for over a year and I’ve never had a problem before. I usually get the dip powder and this time asked for a design. The design wasn’t done as great as I would have liked it, however I accepted it, paid the fee and still gave a tip as per usual. After a week, I noticed the nails were starting to lift and tips were looking like I had been scratching brick walls all week. I returned to the salon to get the nails fixed and immediately they were whispering about and commenting that I came back. When I discussed my situation with the owners, they told me my nails were fine. She (Melissa) said “you can’t come here expecting 100% every time, sometimes you have to accept 90%. We will not redo your nails, we will fix the top coat.” After waiting for 1 hr, they told me I had to make an appointment since they were closing. It’s safe to say that while you are paying for 100%, that’s not what you receive. It’s also safe to say, that I will not be returning here and will make sure everyone is aware of...

Jennifer gave me the best gel dip manicure I’ve ever had. She took the time to understand what shape and color I wanted, and I truly felt like I received a value service for the price. I’ve been to several nail salons and rarely feel fully satisfied with my nails when I leave. I asked for round, natural nails that are low maintenance enough to grow out a bit. Jennifer helped me pick #9 from Nails By John with a clear base and a “cotton candy” chrome-like top coat. I love how my nails turned out. I’m always annoyed when places don’t cover your full nail so I am happy she was so thorough and painted the full nail bed (you can tell from the video). She’s also super easy to talk to and it made the whole experience really pleasant. I’ve finally found a favorite nail expert to see regularly!
