Triple R Truck Parts — Local services in Ridley Township

Placed an Amazon order for a block heater cable, sold and shipped by Triple R Truck Parts, on the 12th of December. Amazon indicated it was shipped on the 13th, with an expected delivery date between 19 & 24 Dec. Then I get an Amazon message that my package may be late and arrive by the 29th. When it didn't arrive by then I looked up the USPS tracking number and learned that the package was prepped for shipment, but never even made it to the USPS facility. After reading more Amazon reviews, it seems this place has a habit of failing to get the packages out on time. If you can't manage your online sales, then back out and stick with your traditional brick and mortar store. 5 stars isn't enough! Many years I was fortunate enough to be local to this establishment and have seen it transform, now the place even looks good! The new curb appeal is top notch. Their selection has grown significantly, and if they don't have it, they'll get it. The new Milwaukee lineup is outstanding. It's great to see a local business grow and succeed.
