I took my car to Kreations after someone ran into my brand new Prius. I went in for an estimate, and because it was Thanksgiving week we decided to wait until that next Monday. They arranged for a driver to pick up my car at my work, and arranged a rental car. Deidre was awesome, very knowledgeable and professional, very personable and friendly, and everyone else there was too. I got a text message today that my car was already done! It's only Thursday. They had a driver bring my car to my work again, and the rental agency came and picked up the car. Easy peasy! They did everything to accommodate me and I will be sending many people to them! 2 years later Kreations hasn't cared to fix my car stereo. They broke 3 things in my truck while fixing the lid ($8000 in work). Called right away drove there multiple times and they just didn't believe me or just didn't care I don't know which. One was my change holder 60 cent spring fixed it. Second was rubber door seal got ripped off on bottom. Third was car stereo screen was damaged. All together only maybe $250. Laughed at how they have picture of Carroll Shelby up when searching on Google. Knowing my Uncle Bob was good friends with him and still works with Jeff Yergovich. Well I will keep telling everyone I know about my experience whenever I get a chance peace...

My car got backed into at work and it left a massive dent and my first thought after the accident was “I’m going to kreations” and I’m so very happy I did. They did an amazing job on my car and made it look all perfect again. They have the best customer service ever and were very professional. Kevin helped me and he explained everything that needed to be done to fix my car. I was very impressed with how fast they were able to get my car fixed and back to me. They even cleaned the outside and inside of my car which I really appreciated.
