Since moving here in November we have visited the shots location in Rio dell almost every day. We have a big family and tend to have larger orders on several of these trips. My family is big in supporting local business as we are a small business family. so we were happy to have found a coffee place so close to home. However our service has not been the best. On a couple of occasions our orders were made incorrect. Once an employee spoke to my daughter rudely when telling her to park and wait. Most recently they completely forgot to give us a drink and due to the fact I was on an important business call and couldn’t call in right away. The person on the phone was rude like I was trying to get a free drink. The following day we went back and didn’t even ask for it to again have 1 of our drinks made Incorrectly. During this very hard time for small business we as family do not use our stamp cards as we want money to go where it needs to go. We also tip and do our best to keep business locally. Read moreI use to be a regular at shotz. Over the years the service has become rather sub-par and food about the same. Microwaved breakfast just never really did do it for me. Despite all of this I still consumed here until one day when I left my wallet at work. I was in a rush and had my son with me and clearly forgot to make coffee, so I figured the ladies at Shotz Rio Dell who all know me, some for 6 years would send me with my coffee and I'd come back through. Well lucky me, the owner was there and said no. Not only did that ruin my day, but now I won't ever shop at your establishment again. Read moreThe coffee was just average, could have been hotter- the young man at the window needs to step up just a bit, It took 20 minutes to get our order(2 coffees) ya their was 1 person in front of us, but . . . .I think that he should have sent that customer off to the side and got.to us until her prder was ready, then severd us then brought her order out to her instead of having us wate so long. .. . . . . . .. .
