Went in for a repair on an RC car we purchased there and received ridiculously horrible service. First of all we were ignored by a worker having an inappropriate conversation and using a variety of bad words in the process, while me and my kids waited to be acknowledged. Finally somebody walked up from behind and asked what we needed. I told him we were there for a repair. He set the car on the counter and then we were ignored for another 20 minutes. I eventually asked somebody sitting at the counter what the process was and he said that a repair tag had to be completed by the person who was ignoring us (person they call Germs). Germs eventually turned around and said “I’m not fixing that,” then turned back around. Another person who works there who happened to be the only helpful person said he would look for parts after reviewing the car. A man who I think is the owner was eventually made aware of what was going on and turned around to say, “Yeah, we have a big repair right now...we won’t be able to fix it.” This is contrary to him telling us that they did in house repairs for cars purchased there, during my original purchase of the RC car. This all ended with Germs telling us that the parts needed for the repair were not available until Aug., and September. I left the store after More than an hour of wasted time, looked up the parts in Amazon, and ordered everything I needed to arrive within 5 days. I will never return to...

I was given a rc car, and I didn't know anything about them except that I had always wanted one. I went in with a non working car, and everyone not only gave me the info I needed, they actually explained it all and did the work to get me going. I just lost steering and believe it has something to do with the servo saver, but I don't know. I do know that they will. Am really looking forward to seeing them this weekend.
