Taco Bell — Restaurant in California

It's not that great. But, the food is good. It is Taco Bell. I like the food more than I like the service. It always seems subpar. I'd like to share the last review that I posted about another Taco Bell location. That explains exactly what I'm talking about. I had the exact same issue at this location as the last one. Hence, I am going to this location.

No matter what Taco Bell it seems to be, they always seem to miss an items or 2. Kind of stressful. I could make it a lot less stressful by sitting there and checking the bag 3 times. I don't want to hold up the line, though. Which makes no sense because at this point, they have forgotten at least 20 items in total. Maybe a lot more. Maybe, I shouldn't go here any more. The thing is, it wasn't a big deal before, but forgetting a $9 item almost every time, wooooah.

Eating at home is a lot better. You can't forget to make an items you are looking to eat. Due to my inability to check the bag, I won't fault them fully. So, here is a 3...

So around like maybe 8-9 pm last night I had placed an order and it was fairly slow service wise when getting the food we didn’t eat all our food because we ended up getting full. We saved our luxe craving box that had a burrito and the street tacos from last night. Today around 12:40 pm we decided to eat out left overs from last night just to open the street tacos and see a black hair melted into the taco yes melted. It was hard to not miss because half of it was sticking out and then we took the taco apart and see that the hair still there throughout half of the taco. My family does not have black hair nor would the hair magically appear melted into the cheese after we had gotten out food. I’d like to have your employees follow up on the health code/violation on sanitation of the food industry and be sure that their hair is up and not in a poorly maintained bun. This was an awful establishment. I placed my order for 2 breakfast tacos. The was an unusual long wait with 2 cars ahead of me. 7:35 am. I get to the window and a young man said the orders were mixed up to the young girl taking the orders. I waited 4 min and the young man said here are your two items. No apology what so ever. I get to my destination to get my car serviced, opened the bag, an I had two burritos that were not even warm. The management needs to hire some adults that care about customer service to be with the kids...
