TERRIBLE SERVICE!!!! I purchased a sectional from this company and when it was delivered I waited until 8pm at night which is very unprofessional being that business hours end at 5pm. When the movers came I asked them to be careful with my hardwood flooring. They were extremely lazy and decided to still drag the furniture across my floor causing the flooring to be scraped and lifted. I repeated myself AGAIN and told them to be careful & they scraped my flooring AGAIN in three other areas. They were not apologetic and told me to call the store about the issue. When I called the store they didn’t offer to repair the damages, they instead offered to give me a rug to cover up the damages. Which does me no good because my apartment will keep my security deposit in the long haul upon move out. The manager Mohad was very rude and told me that I was lying about the situation. I even offered him to come to my home and view it and he refused. This was a terrible experience & very unfair. I will never shop here or recommend this...

Disorganized. Living room set was supposed to be delivered today. It’s not here. Said it won’t be here until tomorrow. Said must’ve been something wrong with their system.... not sure what that means considering they gave me a copy of the HAND WRITTEN receipt with the correct delivery date on it. Not sure what system you have to go through to hand a piece of paper to someone... wouldn’t recommend paying the $100 for delivery... they clearly don’t have their stuff together. Process was quick and easy, salesman was nice and knowledgeable. Buying process and sales service are 5 stars.
