I paid for my food and I did not look at my food before I left the parking lot like I normally do, but I had to end up going back to the store after calling the phone that does not work And when I went back through the drive-through, I told them whoever came on the mic was a young man and I told them that I ordered a number three combo with a large drink also tater tots and I added bacon which I had the receipt so I gave him at the win the receipt so he went back to the Kitchen Which he was talking to his coworkers and it was a light skin girl with red hair she come to the window after I honk my horn and she told me that they was preparing it, and I showed her the burger after I reached in the bag to give it to her and she said we are getting you your bacon is what you missing, but the Virgo was also sloppy with a lot of ketchup And it was not a professional way to make burgers. I have been eating at sonics for God knows when so I just know I was trying to talk to her, but she was getting a little hostile quote on “which she saying that she wasn’t so I said yes you were and she said so what you want me to do. I’m asking you what you want me to do. She was very rude very unprofessional and she do not need to be in that type of industry dealing with customers because first of all customers are supposed to be first so if you made a mistake and they told you about it, and you still was not trying to solve the issue she said that she could not get the burger back and she also throw the bacon out the window to me like in a plastic paper thing and I’m telling her that could she get the burger back and do it the correct way, but she definitely did not and whatever she was trying to say she had someone else to pull up beside me And look and watch and see what’s about to happen and I did not light the way she approached it. Read moreThe 2 stars are for the food when you can get it. I tried ordering from the app in advance only to get here and find that they turned it off for the night. When I arrived there was only 2 cars here. I've been in the drive thru line for 30 minutes and still waiting. Had I not promised someone else this food I would already be gone. When I finally got to give my order they didn't have any tea or lemonade and their ice cream machine was broken. She also said they were out of several other things. When I first tried to order at one of the little stations, they answered the red button then totally ignored me as if hoping that I would drive away; which I did 2 other times. At the time there was only one other car besides mine. The last time I was able to order there they made a lot of mistakes on my online order. I had to send the car hop back several times. I ordered a route 44 drink size and paid for it, but was bought a large instead. I wasn't told that they didn't have the larger sizee or given a refund. The car hop went back in a never came back out to address the problem. I was feeling bad that she had to go back and forth several times and had a $8 tip waiting for her. Read moreI hadn't been here in over a year because of my last experience was bad but knowing first hand how restaurant turnover is high. I decided to give it another try and this experience was worse! First I had to keep repeating my order as she kept trying to correct me.. I ordered a supersonic double cheeseburger with only mustard, ketchup, and pickles and it came with that and mayonnaise and we went over this ten minutes and its still wrong. I'm sitting in lane 17 I push the red button and it flashes for about 7 minutes no response and then someone cleared it and never said a word. I pushed it again and waited 5 minutes and nothing. Now I get out my car and walked to the building as I approached I explained to the carhop that my sandwich was wrong and asked for a refund because my family was done eating and I was ready to leave. Took 15 more minutes for that because the manager was sitting out to the table using explicit language about how sorry the workers were and how she had managed zaxbys and other places and knew what she was doing.
