Read moreI ordered curbside pick up. My app,email said the order was ready for pickup at 2:35 pm. I selected the "I'm here" button. Waited 10 minutes no one came out. Called was rudely told it's not ready & then they hung up on me. Went in & there is 2 people behind counter said it's not ready we didn't have time it's busy. I told them I was a paying customer as well and my order should have been finished. A whole 45 minutes passed since I originally placed the order. They rudely made the sandwiches. I witnessed the man throw cookies at a customer at the register for no reason. He was aggravated because the man was adding more cookies to his order. If you can't handle the volume of business you receive, then don't become business owners. Read moreI visited this subway location to get two chocolate chip and two oatmeal cookies. After eating one I looked for an oatmeal to find I had 4 chocolate chip cookies. When I went back the manager of the store was on break. He rinsed his hands off (didn't even use soap) and approached us with tongs. I didn't like that he reached in my bag and touched my food with hands that weren't washed. I figured he was just going to throw it out. He took out two chocolate chip cookies (one of which I bit off, the other was touching the one I bit) and put it back with the other cookies to be sold. When I told him, hey no I bit off of that! I was kind of loud because I was trying to stop him in case it was a mistake. He gave me the dirtiest look like he was annoyed I said that and he looked in the direction of the next customer to see if he heard which he hadn't.
