Not only did they have what I was looking for they waited for me too! It was Saturday and I got hung up in traffic fearful I wasn't going to make it before they closed and my poor dog would be left to suffer until Monday, I called to see how much time I had. I told the lady where I was and omg! She said no worries I got you and will wait for you!! I'm happy to say I actually made it there with 5 mins to spare before they closed. Still who likes the customer who holds you up after a days work cutting into your own private personal time?? I was calmly greeted with a warm friendly smile, as she handed me what I came for. Asked if I needed to get anything else or had any questions didn't make me feel rushed, though I didn't take any more time than necessary in paying. ...

I love these type of places... It's like a mini adult toy store. This location is well stocked.

The staff... MEH... been coming here for YEARS and the staff is always MEH.

This visit was rather annoying as we picked up a dog toy to purchase. The item had the usual sticker price tag that they put on the package of $11.99...upon being rang up the toy was coming up as $19.99. But instead of them honoring the sticker that THEY PUT ON for $11.99...he was just like "it's $19.99 do you want it"? My wife was going to purchase it but I refused... It was CLEARLY marked $11.99 so that is what they should...

Racists been going here since I can remember sent my boyfriend in for shots today and they treated him like crap sold him the shots with no ice packs no bag it's 90degrees outside shots are time sensitive when I called and said I wasn't comfortable giving these hot shots to my two pound puppies and if I could exchange them they said no the only thing different here is my boyfriend is black and he didn't even qualify for a plastic bag for 6 shots and I go here once a month and get ice pack paperwork and plastic he got nothing but hot shots that I do not feel comfortable giving...
