Hole in One Donuts Riverview — Restaurant in Riverview

Went here this morning for the first time. Was courteous beforehand since they just opened. A great selection of doughnuts and also fresh batches coming out regularly. My complaint was that between the owner and the employee, were boxing orders while lining them up with each person so they can be paid out accordingly and in order. It was my turn but the employee decided to leave my order by the register while she went to box the next person’s orders to keep them from waiting. I was patiently waiting to be paid out but the owner was helping the person behind me, skipped over me and my pre-boxed order, and paid then out. Then asked for assurance that her employee was still helping me in which I replied that I just needed to be checked out since I already ordered. I felt a bit disrespected because they had a system going that worked but stopped it when it came to me and I was skipped. That was my only issue but they made it right and I didn’t have any negative remarks. I try to understand the possible confusion since it’s really only 2 people between a long line of customers. I was satisfied with the doughnuts so I will be coming back and hopefully it is a better experience...

Best donuts in town! My husband and I planned to grab a few for breakfast and we couldn’t decide so we ended up with a specialty dozen ($20). The cronut (croissant crossed with donut) was my personal favorite, and my husband said the Boston cream was the best he’s ever had. Everything we’ve had so far was super fresh and delicious! It was very busy when we went on Sunday morning, and my only recommendation would be to look at their printed menu selection and ask if they have more on the way before assuming they’re out because you don’t see any in the case - they crank them out like crazy and we ended up changing our selection when more speciality options came out. The lady that works is so nice and also Jeremiah is too. The food is fresh they have lots of specialty pastries and donuts like guava, Oreo, peanut butter, snickers. They have bagel and croissant sandwiches, fritters, rolls with egg cheese turkey and other meat options. They have hot and cold coffee and cream cheese. It's quite convenient. Wish they had Frappuccino/Greek Frappe only thing missing I can think of. Prices are also quite reasonable I feel this will get them lots of business.
