I recently opened my 1st HOTWORX and I was lucky enough to be paired up with Tiffanie at Cinemation Design! She was phenomenal to work with and made my entire install process seamless. She was always very responsive to any question or concern that came up. It was such a pleasure to work with someone that clearly cared about the quality of the work that was being completed in my studio. She followed every step of the process to make sure it was done on time and correctly. The construction and opening phase of HOTWORX is stressful and time consuming for a new Franchisee, but knowing Cinemation's part in the process was being handled by Tiffanie was a huge relief and I'm so grateful to have had her support throughout it! Cinemation Design has done a fantastic job of taking care of our church. We started the process just before COVID hit, and even during the pandemic they worked non-stop to get our new lights shipped in and installed. Any issue that popped up they were Johnny-on-the-spot to make sure it was taken care of.
