I am adding onto my original review .Since we ended up going back and buying more! Once again Mary Lou knocked it out of the park with all of her help. I was so uncertain of the coffee table and the end tables that she thought would look great with our other furniture, and decor. They were the exact style I wanted (built in electric USB ) yet I wasn't sure I loved them. Well guess what? I DO! My husband has fought me on getting a coffee table because he doesn't like the closed in feeling in front of the couch. The table we bought is round, and in his words " Out of everything, I love this coffee table the most" My origianl post started with If I could give ten stars...Well now I wish the stars were unlimited. The process is always easy. Wade is fantastic with communication and delivery. I can not emphasize enough, if you want quality, great service, and support small business.... Sauder Furniture and Design is the place to go! This is the start of my original post : If I could give them 10 stars plus I would. Sauder furniture is pure quality, both in furniture and customer care., They do carry some very high-end pieces,but don’t let that deter you from visiting. There is something for everyone. If you do not see what you are looking for, be sure to ask. they will be happy to help you to find the piece you’re looking for.I especially like that there is no pushy salesman or somebody tagging behind you while you explore the different levels in their showroom. If you ask a question, they can answer it and do not try to sell you. We recently purchased a dining table and chair. Our saleswoman was amazing. We went to her when we wanted to ask questions about the table and chair. She was extremely helpful., as well as super pleasant to work with. While we have been in there on different occasions, we have never had a bad experience. They go above and beyond in the care of their customer. As well as when they deliver your furniture. They call and set a time and they are prompt with the delivery and care to your home. Making sure nothing is damaged.. As we all know, there are plenty of cheap furniture stores out there. Do yourself a favor take the trip to Roanoke to Sauder furniture the experience will be like none other. Thank you for excellent service and beautiful furniture.! Seriously, i am beyond impressed! Im a hard one...

We recently worked with Sauder Furniture for several home projects, and we cannot recommend them enough. From the initial purchase to the final installation, every step of the process was handled with care and professionalism.

We purchased new kitchen flooring, a loveseat, a kitchen island/cabinet, a kitchen table and chairs, and a dining table and chairs. The quality of all the items is exceptional – they not only look beautiful but are also durable and well-made.

The customer service was truly above and beyond. We interacted with several of their employees, including the designer, delivery team, and installer. Every person we dealt with was friendly, knowledgeable, and eager to ensure we were completely satisfied with our purchases. The delivery and installation were seamless, and we could tell that the team really cared about getting everything just right. Thank you, Mary Lou, Jeff & Wade you are THE BEST!!!!

Great experience from the minute I walked in the showroom to the delivery of the furniture! I was looking for living room furniture and being from the area have always known about Sauder's, but had never visited. Mary Lou went above and beyond to make the first pieces of my home come together. She was available by phone and email, did some mock-ups of the room, reviewed pictures of the area I shared with her and provided feedback for what would work best, even gave her opinion and suggestions on area rugs, ottomans, and wall colors. Truly a professional with so much talent and passion for what she does, which made the buying experience that much better. Wade and the delivery team were just as helpful and professional! I highly suggest checking out Sauder’s and all the quality pieces they have to offer. You will not get this kind of attention and help from the “bigger” stores.
