Naturally Pruddie Hair, LLC — Local services in Robersonville

We TRIED to get our daughter's hair done. We were told the wait was several hours and we were told to come back 10 am the next day. 10 the next morning we were told there were others ahead of us and to come back at 1 pm. We came back at 1 pm and waited until 3 pm. I got up and asked if she was going to get to my daughter soon. She got ghetto and rude and told me she couldn't tell when she'd get to us and that was that. I left because I don't have time to deal with ignorant, rude, unprofessional people. The clientele that was there must've been used to this nonsense as they literally had brought food, drinks and snacks and planned on spending the day there! I work for a living and can't SPEND AN ENTIRE DAY trying to get my child's hair done.

Unless you've got all day to waste, I wouldn't give this foul...

This is an amazing establishment. I have 3children and myself that Pruddie ALWAYS “Schedule” to fit us ALL in same day if she is able. She is always patient with my smallest boy child with his tender head . Also she is always professional with getting to understand the individual she is about to provide a service for.
