I went through 2 cranker batteries before we suspected our onboard charger was not working. I asked my friends for recommendations of a place that has great customer service and prices fairly. Roberts Marina came highly recommended. My experience - Brian , the owner , worked with me to understand exactly what kind of charger I was looking for and was able to order the part to arrive the very next day. He had me come by and it took him no time to takeout the old one and out the new one in. Zipped up the wires so it looked nice . At no time did I feel like I was talked down upon because I am a woman that owns my own boat. Update October 2021 - Bought my own boat. Broke that too. Brain went above and beyond to contact other mechanics and find out there was a super tiny piece of steel missing internally that snapped and sucked through the block.
Here i am again, July 25th, 2022 - Smoked another monster dead head in low water. Electric start ripped off the block. These guys were able to retap and helicoil the block.
