Family Dollar — Local services in Robstown

My husband's food stamp card was used manually by this store #5748 in Robstown Texas which was told by our local state food stamp office.There were three transactions typed manually without a food stamp card.This is wrong of the store employee who typed a food stamp card number manually without the card.This is fraud and should be addressed by store manager as well as addressing and firing the employee that typed a card manually as my husband and I do not reside in Robstown,Texas.My husband was robbed of his food stamps and police report was made for an open investigation to address the situation.He is disabled & handicap and also is a veteran being robbed of his own food stamps manually at this location.I would like a response and for management to call me and my husband to investigate the issue as we are good mind to sue the store employee or resolve the issue with a gift card.All my husbands were stamps were stolen for three transactions.This shouldn't have happened without a food stamp card and I.d.Shame on this store as he now has to wait 14 days to be refunded all the food stamps that were stolen on the 25th of August.We would like answers and new staff employees at...
