Honestly, I would always pass this place not thinking much of it until I finally got tired of all the other bland mexican restaurants here in robstown. So I decided to give this place a try and my only regret is not trying to place sooner! MENUDO Perfect! BREAKFAST PLATE perfect! GREAT prices! I had an extremely disappointing experience at La Estrellita. I ordered a chicken fried steak, and what I received was a burnt, inedible mess. The refried beans were overly greasy, making the meal even less enjoyable. To make matters worse, I noticed that meats like turkey and menudo are just left sitting idle on the prep counter, which is both unappetizing and concerning from a health standpoint. Best place for home cooking ever! People are down to earth,food is awesome, Never have been disappointed! (Not the fancy mainstream usual) everything is fresh,nothing from a can and sincerely listen to the customer. It's my place to go and recommend it to everyone who wants something original.
