I couldn't have asked for better service! I picked this florist bc of reviews and, of course, the cute name! I was able to speak with Becky and she was so patient as I was calling from out of town and had a request for 2 arrangements going to 2 different family members at 2 different locations. I was able to pick one arrangement from the options on website, and I let her create the second arrangement. She created and delivered BOTH arrangements the day I ordered (she even contacted me to get one recipient's ph. no. bc she was outside the address and wanted to reach out to know options on delivery) .The recipients LOVED the arrangements and that is all a sender wants to know. Honestly, I have her number in my cell and will use her for any future orders I want to send to my family that live in the area! You can't go wrong with Fancy Pants and Becky!
