I took my 2004 Honda Accord to them Knowing that I need a Radio but they insist They check make sure noit was the radio. Lord behold it's the Radio. I told them that period. I had to pay them $125+ KOTax $138 I paid them for nothing for them to tell me what I already knew and told them when I came in. ,Than they told me to install a radio will be about estimated $250 for labor plus Radio cost 👀 👀 of $119. Cheapest they had putting me to kick out over $500 for a car radio. It's not right how they done got me out of 125+ tax for no reason just to tell me what I told them already I no I needed a Radio. Was 😭 Now Angry 😡 just need tell people to be from with these companies try get quick money out of you no what you need don't let them tell you what they think ythey need to check. Horrible customer service!!! Did I say HORRIBLE!!!!??? The man up front needs a serious lesson in how to treat a customer. My daughter made a mistake and got a DUI. Part of her "paying for it" is to have an interlock device installed. She has to report every month to have it "reset". These people down there treat her like trash because they are the only ones in town that do this kind of "service" and they know they can get away with it!!! I own a small business in town and if i treated my customers the way these people do.....I would have been out of business a LONG time ago!!! Came here to buy boxes for moving. The overweight man at the counter was pretty rude and short with us the entire time. We walked in and said we had just called about the boxes and he was pretty much like “Yeah, and?”. He was very reluctant to help us, we felt like we were bothering him. We’re looking at the different sizes folded up against the wall and prices and he says “These aren’t put together you know, they’re folded up” Um yeah buddy, we see that.
