The staff always go above and beyond to treat you like family! They've gone beyond the call of duty several times for myself, my daughter and her father! They really take care of their customers ! They're way better than a big chain pharmacy, and when it comes to price, best believe Ms Barbara will find the cheapest route! Who do you know in this highly stressful society that will actually take the time to listen to your concerns and explain the reason why you got a different color meds or the name isn't easy to say but explain hey it's generic and saves you more money!? I don’t normally go to this pharmacy. However, last Tuesday I picked up a prescription for my grandpa. The girl who was at the window was super rude. I let it slide that day because I had to rush and get home to my grandpa. Today, I was informed that my grandma needed a prescription yesterday and a girl was rude to her as well. If it’s the same girl, i don’t know. But, I don’t play when it comes to my grandparents. I’d really wish the owners would teach their staff proper customer service. South End Pharmacy is fantastic! The service is always top notch, the staff is friendly and they always provide detailed information about your prescriptions to help you feel comfortable about the medicines you are taking. Prescriptions are always filled in a timely manner and you get that one on one treatment you just can’t get at a big chain pharmacy. I feel like Norm on Cheers when I walk in the door!
