Someone always has an attitude in that store. They should work on building relationships with there customers in the community instead of picking who they want to be nice to.
The last two times I went in to make a purchase an older black women walked away from me saying I don’t want to help her. I was baffled and embarrassed. I wasn’t sure if it was because of my skin color (I’m light skinned). I truly did not understand what just happens. I just left to avoid an future problems.
Maybe it was just me so I went into the store a second time (the next day). I filled out a lottery sheet and was told I did something wrong. When asked what I did wrong I was told by the male worker to figure it out and he walked away.
My last experience was on Christmas Eve 12/24/2019.

Read moreThey people that work there are rude and disrespectful. I went there to play the lottery for my grandmother. I fill out the pick 3/4 sheet. I was told by the worker that something was wrong. I asked him what was wrong with it because I do not play the lottery. He said he doesn’t know and walked away. Then he cane back and told me that I should know what I’m doing if I’m going to play the lottery.
The sad thing is that I went there yesterday to play the lottery and was given an attitude once more. I walked away both time.
I’m not from this area. I was only in town for the holiday. I went into this store for the same things and all three times I felt uncomfortable, disrespected and unsafe.
