El Ranchito — Restaurant in Rockford Township

We were regulars at the previous Mi Ranchito. We finally made it today to check out the new place. Wow. The inside looks great. The expansion is wonderful and very nice flooring and painting. You guys did a great job. My husband got the Carne Asada dinner. Great! Very tender. Delicious and a lot of food. I had the ground beef tacos. They were good but not as good as before. The meat was different. I will definitely come again. I do also miss the hand made tortilla chips. I do know it is different owners and some things will be different but man I do miss the tacos and chips. The owner came by to see how everything was. He was very nice. I am so glad to see this place open again and we will be back to...

Stop on my way out of town and left with a smile on my face and in my stomach! Clean and bright atmosphere and decorating as soon as you walk in. Staff was super friendly as well. I decided to get the Carne Asada con Chilaquiles Verde (scrambled) and was so glad that I did. It was honestly the best chilaquiles I have ever had. ordered a chicken burrito tortilla was not even warmed or crisp it was soggy also it had lettuce on it that was not fresh never heard of hot lettuce on a burrito chicken was just giant pieces of un seasoned chicken it was the worst burrito I have ever had never again I feel this place is on its way out I give it a year tops between the staff that doesn't seem to know much or care and the flavorless food its just a matter of time. ...
