Had G&G roof replace my roof almost two years ago and ABC was the supply and delivery company for my replacement roof. I did not contract ABC for anything. I contracted and payed G & G for my new roof so after my pavers in my driveway were damaged during delivery they said ABC was responsible and I should go to them. Is not a customer friendly place unless you have an account. Desk Sales Dept is clueless of inventory, the delivery crews are give and take, half are great, the other half will damage your product and your house, and getting someone to claim responsibility after they have left is like pulling teeth. ABC is listed as a retailer for roofing residential on the Certainteed website. I went to purchase shingles for my home that sustained minor damage from hurricane Irma and they refused to sell to anyone who was not a contractor.
