Worse company ever!!!! They have installed several defective blinds, poor installation. Stay clear of Blinds of all kinds. It's been a nightmare!! Now you want to be professional after 5 months!!! I never berated anyone and I have a right to write a review of the poor service. Your employee is the one who was rude and hung up on a customer. I have been patient for 5 months and now all of the sudden because I expressed myself you don't like it. Now you are calling me a liar and yet you are calling yourself a professional. Who is the one who is calling names? Not me. Just told me that he won't do anything for me and refuses to correct the issues. You never attempted to come to terms. I have emails from months ago stating the issues with all the blinds and installation issues. Even your staff agreed in the emails that the product was defective everytime and not installed right. You are the most unprofessional person I've ever dealt with. You take people's money and then don't want to refund after multiple defective blinds installed. You speak of a short list of complaints. Not true!!! Pleaee read ALL THE REVIEWS AND YOU WILL SEE MANY HAVE THE EXACT SAME ISSUES. Poor customer service!!! BUYER BEWARE OF BLINDS OF ALL KINDS!!!    Read moreOur whole experience has been great. My wife and I were not dead set on what we wanted so we were kind of uneducated on the options. We knew a little about it but still not enough to make it easy on anyone.
Anyway thatâs where Jamie stepped in. She walked us through every color, every option, and stayed in the weeds with us until we were satisfied. It really didnât take much time for her to provide us with enough information so we decided on the spot to pay the deposit for Solar Blinds. Jamie was amazing and very helpful. Without her knowledge and help, the wife and I would still be talking about what we should do. đ
About a month later we got a call from a very friendly lady to set up a convenient time for us to have our new solar blinds installed. We set a date and time and hung up excited.
Install day finally came, so exciting! As promised, prior to arrival on the day of, the installers called to give us an exact ETA. Nicolas and Wyatt were great and worked around our crazy house. Kids, puppies, stuffâŚdidnât matter they did the job. They do very good work and we are very pleased.
All of us are extremely happy and thankful. I donât like to make big purchases so was very hesitant. This really was an easy experience. Knowledgeable about the products they sell, listen to customer wants, communication was perfectâŚcould not be any happier.

   Read moreI am very disappointed with Blinds of All Kinds. 9 years ago they installed the draperies in my house, and they did a great job. About two weeks ago the strings to open and close the draperies broke and I called them to see if they can fix it. I spoke to a person named Kathy, she said she was going to call me back with pricing which she never did, I had to called her back, she did apologize profoundly for forgetting to call. Their price was 160.00$ for installing a baton to the curtains so that I can pull to open/ close them. Not what I had before, but it was cheaper than to redo the whole thing again. I accepted and scheduled and appointed to have a guy come and install it, but⌠she wanted me to pay the whole amount up front! The reason that she gave me, was that some customers refused to pay their balances and that a lot of companies are opting for this method. I told her I didnât feel comfortable doing that because Iâve paid in full before and I had to sue the person because he didnât do the job. The other option that she gave me was to buy the baton and install it ourselves. I know itâs not a big amount of money, but who pays for a job that hasnât been done????
