Mrs. Mango & Company — Local services in Rockledge

I can't recommend Mrs Mango's because I'm related, thus be considered biased.

I can honestly and enthusiastically say Mrs Mango's herbal remedies work from first hand experience. Anneke was taught herbal folk medicine by her "Oma", my Mom who learned it from her "Frisian Viking Princess" Mom. She has also gone to school to get formal education in her profession.

The atmosphere was created by the original "Mrs Mango", Anneke Langendonk and building restoration was performed by her husband Marinus and lots of help from family. This atmosphere is what makes Mrs Mango an almost magical place. You're even offered complementary Mrs Mango's tea and a Dutch windmill cookie.

Although Mrs Mango's primary specialty is herbs, local honey and lots of other tasty edibles are to be had. There is an antique emporium in a section of the store also featuring works of art and crafts. There is more crammed into this amazing little store.

If I could give them 100 stars I would. As a long time local, this is one of my favorite places in brevard. The staff is so extremely kind, patient, and intelligent. Just standing in line, listening to the way they take care of their customers/patients and educate them on their herbs and their uses, is amazing. The farm is just as cool as the animals! I love cleaning out my fridge at the middle and end of the month to bring the animals all my left over produce! Plus it’s always a treat to browse inside the shop and pick up some essential oils or trinkets (: i actually came to write this review about their healing lip balm (MAGIC.) but couldn’t help but gush about how amazing they are a bit. The natural sunscreen is also one of my absolute favorite sunscreens I have ever found. I use it for my face and it is perfect! I’ve been visiting Mrs. Mango for over 10 years and some of my family and friends are also customers. James and Anneke are very informative and always take the time to answer questions. Last year, I was picking up a few of my favorite products and I asked if they knew of any physician that practiced traditional and alternative medicine. They pointed out a few listed in a free local magazine. I've been visiting one of the physicians listed in this magazine. Dr. Yale Smith and his staff are very professional and thoroughly explain everything. They take time to listen, answer questions and make you feel important and not just like a number on the patient waiting list.
