I never had a massage before, but my wife convinced me to try one after she found Miracle Thai Massage. Immediately, I knew I would come back and by the time the massage was done, I happily signed up for the membership and have been a regular customer for almost a year. Every massage therapist there takes their session seriously and works hard throughout (I don't know how they have the conditioning to do what they do all day). Jane and Ava, in particular, are amazing and I highly recommend them. Like any art, each person has their own approach around the overall style, so don’t hesitate to try different therapists to see who is the best fit (or try different massage offerings at different times depending on your needs—e.g., more intense deep pressure, less intense). You can’t go wrong—and you will feel better whether you have limitations or are athletically conditioned. It is amazing just how knowledgeable, polite, professional, and friendly everyone is there. The therapists all seem to be good people who enjoy and take pride in what they do. Many other businesses could learn from this one in how to select and run a customer oriented business. There are many nice little things that make a big difference, like the delicious tea offering before and after the session (and with the wonderful formality of presentation by the massage therapist).
The new facility is jaw-dropping beautiful. From the marble floors, to subtle gold specs on the ceiling tiles, to the lights/flowing water, to the wonderful art and other flair throughout, it’s clear the owner could/should moonlight as an interior designer. Everything is immaculately clean.
I can’t recommend Miracle Thai Massage enough. They are a gem of a business that is all too rare—you’ll appreciate it...
Read moreAn Absolutely Wonderful Experience at Lisa Thai Massage! I recently had a massage with Lisa at Lisa Thai Massage, and I can honestly say it was one of the best massage experiences I've ever had. From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was incredibly calming and inviting. The space felt clean, peaceful, and exuded a genuine sense of tranquility. Lisa herself is a true professional and incredibly skilled. She took the time to listen to my concerns and understand areas where I was experiencing tension. Her technique was a perfect blend of therapeutic pressure and soothing strokes, hitting all the right spots without ever feeling too intense or uncomfortable. I opted for a traditional Thai massage, and Lisa expertly applied stretching and acupressure techniques that left me feeling completely rejuvenated and incredibly loose. All the knots in my shoulders and back, which I'd been carrying for weeks, were expertly worked out. What really stood out was Lisa's attentive and caring approach. She checked in periodically to ensure the pressure was to my liking and made sure I was comfortable throughout the entire session. I left feeling not only physically relaxed but also mentally refreshed and energized. If you're looking for an authentic and highly effective Thai massage experience, Get...
Read moreI am a big fan of Miracle. I just ran in the Cherry Blossom 10 Mile Race and I could not have done that at 74 without a lot of attention to keeping my muscles and connective tissue loose and flexible. I did a two hour stretch the day before the race and I think it helped me tremendously. I have been going to Mint now for over ten years. She is strong, serious and professional. She learned traditional Thai yoga massage from the monks at Wat Pho in Bankgok and then studied American techniques to pass the license exam in Maryland. Mint has an acute sense of what is going on in the body and how problems can be traced across the muscular-skeletal and nervous systems. She knows how to tailor her various therapeutic techniques to individual needs and requirements. I started with deep tissue combination and it took me a long time to fully adjust to the more challenging aspects of traditional Thai massage. Now I am convinced of its long term benefits and I know it keeps this aspiring athlete in shape to compete year round in everything from running to skiing, golf and triathlons. Life is full of bumps in the road and there are always times when you can overdo it or even hurt yourself. When that happens, I have found Mint to be an essential therapist in getting this old jalopy back...
