The owners of the store are extremely kind and welcoming, and are very willing to show you new information about different products. As a new resident of the town, it was nice to be able to feel comfortable while in a new place. The selection is very wide across different systems and genres, and the prices are very fair. Excellent service and pricing, had exactly what I was looking for when nobody did in morristown or kingsport. Great customer service, and the console i bought came with a 30 day warranty in case something stops working. They were happy to plug it in and show me that it worked before I paid, too. I'm happy!

I visit there every now and then, the owner is nice and very good at her job. The Gamecube, Wii remote, power cords, and games I've purchased from her are all in prime condition. I love this place more than any Gamestop. What's even better is that the place is only a block away from me.
