Needed my stereo unit in my jeep looked at since the screen went out. Called Smith Audio and there was no answer. I thought I’d call back later. About 5 minutes later my phone rang and it was the shop calling back, I was impressed but couldn’t speak at that time so I sent a text. They responded to my text and we texted for a few minutes until we decided to take it to the shop to get a proper diagnosis of my stereo. They responded next day I took the jeep in and I was impressed once again by the professionalism and honesty, I was given options and honest feedback to each and they took the time to throughly go over any questions and pricing I had. Due to warranty concerns I decided to replace the u it with a new one. Again time was taken to find out my needs and go through options for replacement. I decided to go with a new Sony device and was scheduled for two weeks out. Once I got to the shop for installation I had to stay there since I drove the Jeep, I stayed outta the way and had conversation while the unit was installed. Installation was very timely and the unit was even updated prior to me leaving with the most recent software. After the update I was given a tutorial on how to operate the new unit and felt comfortable when I left. Overall the experience was great from customer service to cost I was very impressed and would definitely bring other vehicles to Smith Audio....

I cannot recommend Cameron and Smith Audio enough. I was looking to replace the stereo and speakers in a 2004 Jeep Wrangler as well as add an amp to the setup. I quickly became overwhelmed when searching for the ideal equipment myself online. This is when I decided to make a trip to Smith Audio. Although Cameron was busy doing an install, he took time out of his day to chat with me about different setup options. He also wasn’t trying to sell me on the most expensive equipment either…which I appreciate. I did some further research based on our conversation and once I knew what I wanted, scheduled an appointment for the install. Cameron did an amazing job and even stayed late into the evening to make sure it was complete. The setup looks and sounds amazing. I appreciate the friendly and honest work that he did and will definitely use them again...

Great Gear, Excellent Prices, and Fantastic Service!

I have a 2009 F150 STX - a solid truck but older and with no frills. I wanted to upgrade to some modern infotainment and safety features, so I went to see Cameron. He installed a floating Kenwood head unit (10.1" inches) and a backup camera in the factory location. Everything works great - wireless Apple carplay, SiriusXM, and a big screen for the backup camera. He was able to integrate the factory XM antenna into the install as well. The work is clean and looks like a factory install.
