60 Beans Coffee — Restaurant in Rogersville

I am not usually someone who will leave a bad review, but I have spent too much money here this past weekend and my order has been wrong each time. First time I asked for a brown sugar shaken espresso, my fiance was picking up our coffee and came home with a chocolate mocha frappe of some sort. It was disappointing and I couldn’t even drink the mocha frappe due to it being way too sweet plus half way frozen. We thought we would give it another try today thinking that whoever made the order might have not understood or knew how to make the shaken espresso… Ordered a brown sugar shaken espresso (after asking if they would be able to make it and we were given a yes) … Got the coffee and this time it was iced (good to go, right?) I tasted it and it was watered down coffee (i wouldn’t even call it coffee) with brown sugar syrup all in the bottom. My fiance tries his and he had asked for a carmel macchiato which was also watered down with no flavor. I will not be wasting anymore money here at the Rogersville location. On Sunday morning 1/18/23 around 8am I was in Rogersville on a rare occasion, and I pulled up to the speaker and wanted to try the coffee here. I can’t have full caffeinated coffee, I have to drink decaf so I asked if they had decaf. The girl at the speaker was rude and couldn’t have sounded any less excited to be there, and I was told that they had decaf but they couldn’t make drinks with it. What kind of coffee place won’t offer decaf??? Starbucks never has a problem giving me decaf. My guess is the girl working didn’t feel like making a pot of decaf for me. Cute little coffee shop, staff are super nice and sweet. Coffee was okay? Tasted more like a regular pot of coffee with syrups and 2% milk than actual espresso and cream. I ordered a salted Carmel white mocha latte and it was okay, but I don’t think I’d go again. But I’m kinda a coffee snob. I will say it was a good and fair price.
