Man is rude and very disrespectful, i pay asurion for insurance and he’s two hours away from my residence. Wants me to do all his leg work and him to order parts. That’s not my job or place. You are the one who is in business and the repairman. You are opening up the contract with asurion and have agreed to do work. I’m sorry your two hours away but that is not my problem to become your repair tech and get you info. I told you what television did. If you can order parts off of that great. But If im going to do all this work might as well fix it myself. I explained to this man why are you not coming to properly diagnose the tv before just throwing darts at parts and me waiting longer for you to complete said repair.
