KFC — Restaurant in Rolla

I wanted to make a report in reference to the Rolla, Mo KFC restaurant. This evening I was set to pickup my order at 5:45pm, I was unable to go inside to pickup so I waited in the drive thru. I ordered a Family Meal Deal for $25 which included a 6pc orginal recipe bucket, 6pc tenders with 2 mashed potatos with gravy. When it was time to pickup my order, the kid with long blond hair swinging his hair around not giving a crap who wasn't personable at all who was at the window stated "they didn't have orginal recipe chicken anymore and they wasn't going to make it bc they had oil shut off and they are having a employee Christmas Party so they are closing at 6pm and all they had was crispy chicken but the tenders are there" After I had a extended wait I had another wait for crispy chicken. I am not complaining about a Christmas party bc I get it, but I thought it was rude to say they wasnt going to make something bc along with me and other customers in the drive thru line what else didn't they not make? Its what we paid for and nothing should have been shut off till 6pm Christmas Party or not you have food down to make as ordered. I've worked in restaurants so I get it. I don't come to KFC often but tonight I was doing my grocery pickup with my baby and this restaurant is in the parking lot with Walmart so I was trying to find something good and fast to take home to my family. When I got home the chicken looked awful, over cooked and too crispy. Food just thrown in bag with a mix of sauces I didnt order, I paid the .25 for the 3 I asked for and never got. I have pictures of the chicken. Total waste of money and time. Also that guy with long hair needed a poney tail or a hair net. It was gross. I have made a complaint...

Went there last night to get a 10 piece feast, I specifically asked for 10 piece feast, no wing, substitute the wings for dark meat. I asked for double coleslaw, and one mash and gravy. They confirmed that order by repeating it it even says such on the recipt

I end up getting a 10 piece all dark... no breast meat.

So they tell me i can come back, so when I do, they give me the two pieces of breasts, and i wait patiently at the side.

The man who was scooping the coleslaw was not wearing gloves when handling the food, and to make matters worse he was being rather rude.

Now in a fast food place, I believe the customer is King, without the customer there is no place like KFC. So I was given my food and when I asked what he said This man was like "you need to go'

So I asked to speak to the manager the man was "I am the manager..."

So I asked to speak to the owner of this kfc establishment. "You'll have to look it up."

So needless to say I will not be going back to this KFC.

I admit I was a little bit upset and might have spat out some words that was 'cursing' in general but I do not believe a manager of all people should have been rude to begin with.

Also this manager was covered in flour, and he looked like he didn't wash his hands before...

I frequent this KFC because I like KFC and it's relatively close to me/when I get done with shopping at Walmart. They usually don't give me good service except for the general manager. Like that teen girl they hired is really immature and has her boyfriend constantly on her shifts waiting around in the lobby laughing at customers that eat in. Most of the time I'll get a famous bowl but this time August 7th at about 11 they didn't even put chicken in it, had to get some to put in it at an extra charge of course. I'll also mention they never have their lobby clean I struggle to find a place to sit that isn't dirty. Not to mention they never really call out orders they just stare at you and expect you to come up for them and if you don't they'll roll their eyes and then bring it after a period of time. Overall the only reason I'm giving this 2 stars is because I like the general manager and I like the food but I'd appreciate if the food had everything that was...
