I had my daughter's 4th birthday here on Sunday. It was cowgirl/unicorn theme and the venue was perfect. When I arrived, the place was decorated already, I brought banners and a birthday tarp but I didn't have to use it bc everything was set up-table covers, balloons and my daughters name already on the wall. Not exactly the color themes I was going for but honestly it's a load off your chest. The pony was dressed as a unicorn and the kids all got a turn riding. I thought the hay ride wouldn't be worth it but I was surprised to hear how much the kids loved that experience. I can see how the owner and staff really takes care of the animals. The pony the kids ride was 30 years old. There was a tortoise just casually roaming the grounds while the party was going and it was so amusing to watch. Who knows how old that one was. There are staff the whole time, manning the gate and ensuring all is well with the animals and kids at the petting zoo. The area is decently shaded with trees around the eating area. There's a handwashing station with soap and papertowels. There was a rope ready to go to hang our piñata. The guests all had a good time and most especially the little ones. I don't understand the bad reviews, booking to party turnout was all around a...
Read moreI called this place to find out information for a fun outing with my daughter. At a glance at the details on here it is confusing what exactly they offer. If it's a petting zoo and pony rides, or a riding school. Or both. So I called, someone answered and when I asked they already irritated..yes this is an Equestrian center this is what we have. Although she failed to mention that it is by appointment ONLY to ride ponies and the petting zoo, So I said awesome we are on our way. I come in and no one seems to care I'm there. After walking around for 10 mins trying to figure out where to go. The pet caretaker at the petting zoo says we can't come into the petting zoo area because it's by appointment only. I go to the office and they tell me that the woman should have mentioned that, and to go talk to her. I go to the stable area to tell her and she says...I didn't know what you want, and says sorry. Doesn't bother to maybe allows us to come in or nothing. I do not recommend this place at all rude service. No one cares...
Read moreMy daughters fourth birthday was a memorable and amazing experience thanks to Chantal and her staff. This place is an absolute must visit for any animal lover. All of my daughter’s friends and their parents were raving about the two hour birthday brunch party that we hosted. Included was an hour’s worth of pony rides (we added an additional pony to make sure all the kiddos had multiple rides). These aren’t just ponies that go around in a circle or some small loop. They take you on a tour around the farm, through the stables and equestrian training area. Also you get full access to a lovely petting zoo. The folks at PWEC also took care of setting up some charming decorations to make our event all the more special. I would highly recommend this to any parents wishing to make their little one’s day an unforgettable experience. Of course due to the current situation, the party size will be limited but it’s something that with careful selection of invitees one...
