I currently live within the City of Taylor within an apartment complex. Every time I am expecting a package delivery from FedEx, the driver on my route ALWAYS leave a blank FedEx sticker. When I say blank I literatly mean no name, address, apartment number, attempt delivery, and how many days or something to pick up my package. I always have to assume that the package may be for me because they always leave the blank sticker outside of the building door entrance. Last week I had my DB canceled through my Financial Institution and was expecting to receive my new card on Tuesday. It had to be shipped because my Financial Instituion doesn't exist in Michigan anymore. When I got home on Tuesday I was curious as to why I haven't received it.
I called Customer Service and they informed me that my card was delivered to this FedEx location on Monday. I never requested to have anything delivered to this FedEx location, but to my home. I don't think the delivery driver even made an attempt to deliver it. If so, there was no FedEx sticker left for me to know that my package was ready for pickup. While making an in person complaint with a FedEx rep I was informed that the package was scheduled to be delivered to my home on Monday. Whoever is on my route is a horrible FedEx employee. There is no way that I should never be properly notified of a missed package. If I never would have called my Financial Instituion my DB would of just been sitting at FedEx waiting to be shipped back. I had 5 business days to pick up my package. Read moreThis was one of the worst experiences i have ever had trying to get a package. First the fed ex driver left our place of business without leaving our package when we were right inside the building which made me frustrated to begin with. So then I went to pick it up at this location and that is when the real headache began. The bald guy behind the counter (I wish i had gotten his name) said I could not pick up the package (which was perishable) without a business issued photo id. I politely explained that our business doesn't have those, but I had my business card and company vehicle registration with my driver license and state issued certification for a part of my business. He said he would not release the package because there policy is a business issued photo id. My frustration continued. I then said that it was fine they could deliver it tomorrow as long as he could water the perishable items for me so they wouldn't die before being delivered. He then said he couldn't open the boxes because it wasn't company policy. My frustration is boiling. I finally said my last name which is part of the business name was the same and that I just didn't want to lose my product because I couldn't get to it and I didn't understand why the driver didn't walk in the open door and deliver it. He then said they put a different driver on the route every day because it is more efficient that way. My mind is blown how any of this makes sense to a normal person. UPS here...
Read moreThis location has the most unprofessional employees and staff I’ve ever witness in my entire life dealing with Fed Ex. For a well known international company this division should not be in operation. I’ve been back and fourth there for now 3 days and the root of the issue is they don’t communicate to you the truth of what their doing and they have multiple people on staff that aren’t trained and do not have proper discretion on what to do. They icing on the cake is lying telling me they held my package after drinking an hour 2 days and they didn’t and on the 3rd day telling me they stopped at my house and they did not at all because I was by the front door from 9:30am until 4:30pm and the driver never showed and the representative who called me told me to come back up to the location knowing they never even attempted to drop it off. This location is a horrible representation of Fed Ex and the whoever’s in charge of this location needs to address all of its employees and get rid of people who can’t follow simple orders.
